As a design + build general contractor, TechPro simplifies the process with one‐stop shopping for design and construction services and facilitates potential cost savings compared to hiring an architect for design and construction administration. Moreover, since TechPro designs with an eye towards construction costs and more practical approaches, significant cost saving is guaranteed.
